VedicWhisper provides personalized digital astrology services. Since reports and consultations are generated based on user-provided details, orders begin processing shortly after payment confirmation.

2. Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation only if:

• The service has not yet been processed or generated.
• The request is made immediately after placing the order.

Once a Kundli report, compatibility analysis, or astrology consultation has been generated or delivered, the order cannot be canceled.

3. Consultation Appointments (If Applicable)

For scheduled consultations

• Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Requests made after this period may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

4. Technical Issues

If you face payment failures, duplicate transactions, or technical errors, please contact support promptly for verification and resolution.

5. Processing of Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation request is approved, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within standard banking timelines.
